Company History
Founded in 1958, Sichuan Fengsheng Pulp & Paper Technology Co., Ltd. boasts over 65‑year expertise in bamboo pulping and papermaking as a leading finished tissue manufacturing factory in China.
The enterprise underwent corporate restructuring in 1999. In 2010, we completed factory relocation and comprehensive technological upgrading for finished‑paper production. In 2019, our bamboo pulp capacity expanded to 150,000 tons alongside joint‑stock reform. By 2021, our 180,000‑ton household finished‑paper production lines were fully commissioned, forming a complete industrial chain covering bamboo forest resources, bamboo pulp base paper and diversified finished tissue products.
In 2022, Fengsheng bamboo pulp production ranked 5th in China*1, and its bamboo pulp household paper production capacity ranked No.1 in China*2. In addition, Fengsheng has planed to add new production lines of 300,000-ton bamboo pulp to furherly expand its bamboo pulp production capacity.

Our Factory
We are equipped with 14 bamboo‑pulp lines and more than 20 finished‑tissue converting lines across our 700,000 m² plant, we deliver 180,000 tons of bamboo household tissue annually. Our well‑developed bamboo‑fiber treatment technology produces soft, strong tissue free of harsh chemicals. We manufacture napkins, toilet rolls, facial tissues, kitchen towels and pocket tissues, supporting full‑scale OEM private‑label service. New projects for food‑grade bamboo packaging paper and a 300,000‑ton bamboo‑pulp line are underway to further advance our bamboo‑pulping technology and production scale.
